Information Management Review
The Information Management Review summarises Regional Tourism Organisation (RTO)
information management practices and identifies areas for improvement.
The review covered the following key areas:
- tourism operator and product information
- website content management
- client and industry contact information
It aimed to identify where there is overlap, duplication, wasted
effort (in time or resources) or additional costs being incurred. The focus was on identifying problems, with solutions to be developed in
future work.
